A superb and extremely rare frame, an amalgam of exquisite design and top quality manufacture and materials, produced by illustrious yet very elusive Italian designer Iuliano Borghesi. Hand made ultra light (weighing only 12 grams, lenses included), ultra flexible, ultra tough graphite gray anodized Titaninox 3000 (the most advanced Titanium alloy) wire frame, truly an ethereal design, equipped with proprietary high performance hinges. Extremely limited singular 2003 edition, only 500 frames ever manufactured, size: 140-50[]18, hinge to hinge width 130mm ( 5.11 inches). In impeccable NOS unworn condition, presenting adequate "Borghesi" markings, comes with quality case. Fitted with clear factory demo lenses that can be replaced with either prescription or sun lenses. Estimated value $550-$600, offered here for a much lower "collection" price. Note 1: Lenses presenting imperfections due to handling, however, the circumference is intact, meaning that it should not be a problem when used as pattern to cut new lenses, frame in impeccable, new condition.
